Project update june 2006
We made a 3 day trip to the reefs in the end of june. The weather was perfect with almost no wind, warm temperatures and lot's of sunshine.
Unfortunately, that's no guarantee for perfect conditions under water, and so it was. Some current, and lot's of movements in the water, stirred the sediment up, and made it difficult to film anything, with an acceptable quality.
However, we used some of the time to get a better overview of the reefs, and finally managed to make a small map, with the most interesting caves marked on it.
Some time was spend searching for an old shipwreck, which is supposed to lay near the reefs, but we did not find anything.
