I started scubadiving when I was 15 years old, and that means it is now more than 24 years ago, I did my first scuba dive.
In 1994 I began taking still pictures underwater. My skills where rapidly improving, and the same year I won the Danish championship in underwater photography. The competition is a "shoot-out" which is been organized on a yearly basis by the Danish Sportsdiving association. In 1995 I was 4th.
Since then, most of the time I have been recording digital DVCAM video underwater, and above.
Certified as a Commercial diver + CMAS ** sportdiver, CMAS Basic nitrox, CMAS Divemaster, PADI nitrox and PADI Semi Closed Rebreather diver. Currently I am diving the Dräger Dolphin mrk4 rebreather.

1987 Started sportsdiving
1995 Immatriculated in the institute of medieveal archeology in the university of Aarhus.
1997 Commercial diver.
2000 Started a commercial diving company www.skagen-dykkercervice.dk

1988 Participated in the excavation of a wreck at Grenen, Skagen for Bangsbo Museum & Arkiv.
1996 Fynshoved - Excavation of stoneage settlements for Langelands Museum and the National Museum of Denmark.
1996 Spodsbjerg - Partial excavation and registration of a modern (1900th century) wreck) for Langelands Museum
1997 "Spes" - Co-leader on an excavation of a Swedish Manowar sunk near Gl. Skagen for Bangsbo museum & Arkiv.
2000 "Kridtpipevraget" Partial excavation and registration of a modern (post mid 1800th century wreck) Bangsbo Museum og arkiv
2001 Børkop in Langeland - underwater surveing for archeological remains - Langelands Museum
2001 Stigsnæs - underwater surveing and excavation for archeological remains. Primeraly stoneage settlements for the National Museum of Denmark.
2001 Vadehavet (Vaddenzee) - Field surveing for archeological remains as a part of an EU project to map the archeological sites in Denmark, Germany and Holland. For Skov & Naturstyrelsen.
2002 Storstrømmen - underwater surveing and excavation for archeological remains. Primeraly stoneage settlements for the National Museum of Denmark.
